The streaming experience and the event website do different jobs. Streaming lets relatives who live far away watch your video from anywhere; the event website is the place your guests come back to for everything.

How the same three packages cover a quinceañera

A quinceañera uses the same three packages at the same prices. The coverage follows the day: getting ready, the Mass, the entrance with the court of honor, the waltz, the shoe change, the surprise dance and the party. The pre-event session in each package works as the quinceañera's portrait session.

Tell us at the first contact if two quinceañeras celebrate together. Their moments often happen at the same time in different places, and one photographer can't be in two spots, so an additional photographer is worth planning.

Photo-only and video-only event packages

If you need only one service, these packages cover weddings and quinceañeras with one photographer or one videographer. They don't include the pre-event photo session, which comes with the combined packages.

An additional photographer or videographer is booked for at least 4 hours, never for more hours than your package covers, and by the final payment date, one month before the event. When the event is beyond 50 driving miles of Tempe, their travel goes in a written addendum to your contract.

How IAZ Photo Studio quotes travel beyond 50 driving miles

There is no travel fee within 50 driving miles of Tempe, Arizona (I-10 and US-60). Beyond that, travel is quoted on the full driving distance from that point, never the distance minus 50, and agreed in writing before the event date. The same rule applies to every family.

Payson, Prescott, Sedona, Flagstaff, Williams, Globe and Tucson are all beyond 50 driving miles, so their events always carry a travel quote. To make it exact, send the city and the address of every place on the day: the session, the ceremony or Mass, and the reception. If you don't have a venue yet, hold your date with the city and send the addresses as soon as you have them.

We learned this the hard way. Years ago a family's quinceañera address reached us one day before the party, and it turned out to be in Flagstaff. We covered it, and since then the place and the travel are settled when you book, not the week of the event.

Deposit, payments and delivery for events anywhere in Arizona

  • Deposit: $500 holds your date and is deducted from your total.
  • Balance: in installments, paid in full one month before the event. The itinerary for the day is due at the same time.
  • Photo selection: you choose your photos in your online gallery within 4 weeks after the event.
  • Usual delivery: 2 to 4 weeks for photo only and 4 to 8 weeks for photo and video, counted from your photo selection. Your contract sets the final terms.
  • Prints: when you book with us, we send you a code for 20% off professional prints ordered online.

Questions about photo and video for events across Arizona

How much does photo and video cost for a wedding or quinceañera in Arizona?

Combined photo and video packages cost $2,150 for 8 hours, $3,250 for 10 hours or $4,995 for 12 hours. Photo-only and video-only packages cost $1,250, $1,550 or $1,895. Travel beyond 50 driving miles of Tempe, Arizona is quoted separately.

Do you charge for travel outside the Phoenix area?

Only beyond 50 driving miles of Tempe, Arizona (I-10 and US-60). Past that point, we quote travel on the full driving distance and agree it with you in writing before the event date.

How do the deposit and cancellation work?

A $500 deposit holds your date and is deducted from your total. If you cancel 4 months or more before the event, you lose only that $500 deposit; with less than 4 months, everything paid is lost.

When will I receive my photos and video?

Usually 2 to 4 weeks for photo only and 4 to 8 weeks for photo and video, counted from the day you finish your photo selection. You have 4 weeks after the event to choose your photos.

Can I change my event date?

Yes, once, 4 months or more before the event, if the new date is free. Otherwise the change costs $500.

What happens if my photographer gets sick?

IAZ Photo Studio tries to send another member of the team. If no one can cover your event, you get a full refund.

Should I book photo only, video only or both?

If you want both, a combined package gives you the two services, the pre-event session and one team that plans the day together. If someone you trust already covers one side, a photo-only or video-only package covers the other.
