Ask If Your Date Is Free With Our Photo and Video Team

Last updated:

To check your date, send the form below with your event date, the event type and the city, or call or text (602) 753-7969. We reply within 24 to 48 hours with availability and, when your event is beyond 50 driving miles of Tempe, Arizona (I-10 and US-60), a travel quote.

Check your date with the IAZ Photo Studio form

The form asks only what we need to answer you: your name, your email, the event date, the event type and the city. If someone referred you, write their name or business in "Who referred you?". A referrer counts only when you name them now, at first contact.

The city helps us quote travel.

A business or family counts as your referrer only if you name them now, at first contact.

By sending, you agree we use these details to reply to you, as our Privacy Policy (opens in a new tab) explains.

We reply within 24 to 48 hours.

  2. If your event is beyond 50 driving miles of Tempe, Arizona, we include the travel quote on the full driving distance.
  3. You receive the contract on your phone with your package and the price of each extra.
  4. You hold your date with a $500 deposit; the balance is paid in installments, in full one month before the event.

How we work explains each step in detail, and our Arizona packages list every price.
