How IAZ Photo Studio Handles the Information You Share

IAZ Photo Studio receives your personal information only when you send one of our forms, when you write or call us, or when you accept measurement cookies, and we use it to answer you, run your event and understand how our websites are used. This one policy covers every IAZ Photo Studio website.
Who is responsible for your information
IAZ Photo Studio is a photography and video studio based in Phoenix, Arizona, founded in 2004 as Mi Foto Evento. IAZ Photo Studio is responsible for the information collected on the websites listed below. We have no storefront open to the public, so we don't publish a street address. What our forms collect and where they go
Our website forms send an email to our team through our email provider. The website itself does not keep a copy of what you write. To stop automated spam, the form handler keeps a scrambled version (a hash) of your IP address for a short time, then discards it.

If you book an event or a session, we also keep what the contract needs: your name, phone, email, event details, payments and the photos and video we create for you.
How cookies and measurement work on our websites
Each website shows a bar with two buttons of equal size: Accept and Reject. Until you choose, no measurement cookie is stored. If your browser sends a Global Privacy Control (opens in a new tab) signal, we treat it as Reject. Your choice is saved in your browser for that website only, because each website is a separate domain. To change it, use the "Cookie settings" link at the bottom of any page on that website.

If you reject, Google Analytics may receive cookieless signals that can't identify you, and Clarity never loads. Our client galleries on clients.iazphotostudio.com don't use Clarity.

Each provider handles information under its own privacy policy, for example Google's (opens in a new tab) and Microsoft's (opens in a new tab).
What IAZ Photo Studio never does with your information
- We don't sell your personal information.
- We don't share it with anyone for advertising, and we don't run ad tracking pixels on our websites.
- We don't publish client photos without permission. Photos of anyone under 18 are published only with a parent's or guardian's permission.
Children's privacy on our websites
Our websites are for the adults who plan events. They are not directed to children under 13, and our forms are meant to be sent by an adult. If you believe a child sent us information, write to us and we will delete it. The U.S. rule on children's information online is the FTC's COPPA Rule (opens in a new tab).

Your choices and requests about your data
You can ask us what information we have about you, ask us to correct it or delete it, and change your cookie choice at any time. Email corporate@iazphotostudio.com or call (602) 753-7969. We reply within 24 to 48 hours. We may ask you to confirm who you are before we share or delete information.
Do Not Track and Global Privacy Control signals
Browsers' old "Do Not Track" setting has no common standard, so we rely on Global Privacy Control instead: when your browser sends it, our websites treat it as Reject and don't load measurement cookies. California's online privacy law asks websites to explain how they respond to these signals (California Business and Professions Code section 22575 (opens in a new tab)).
Links from our websites to other sites
Our pages link to our Google Business Profile, our social media profiles, the other IAZ Photo Studio websites and a few partner sites shown as ads. Sites we don't run follow their own privacy policies.
How we tell you about changes to this policy
When a provider or a practice changes, we update this page and the "last updated" date. If a change affects how we use information you already gave us, we'll tell you by email before it applies.
