Events in other Arizona cities, such as Glendale, Avondale, Goodyear, Tucson, Payson, Prescott, Sedona or Flagstaff, are booked through events outside our city areas.
- Travel: no travel fee within 50 driving miles of Tempe, Arizona (I-10 and US-60).
- Beyond 50 driving miles, travel is quoted on the full driving distance and agreed in writing before the event date.
How booking works at IAZ Photo Studio
- Event packages: Essential $2,150, Complete $3,250 and Deluxe $4,995, each with photo and video. The same packages apply to weddings and quinceañeras.
- Deposit: $500 holds your date.
- Balance: paid in installments, in full one month before the event.
- Contract: you review and sign it from your phone.
- Cancellation: the $500 deposit is the cancellation fee; under 4 months before the event, everything paid is lost.
- Usual delivery, counted from your photo selection: 2 to 4 weeks for photo only, 4 to 8 weeks for photo and video. Your contract sets the final terms.
- Printing: your digital downloads include permission to print the photos for personal use, and you receive a code for 20% off professional prints ordered online.
