Photograph Weddings and Quinceañeras in Scottsdale With Our Team

What an IAZ Photo Studio event photographer does in Scottsdale

An event photographer at IAZ Photo Studio photographs weddings, quinceañeras and graduations in Scottsdale and nearby cities, as part of one photo and video team. IAZ Photo Studio hasn't covered a Scottsdale venue yet; its Scottsdale site serves couples who are planning their weddings there.

• Photograph the pre-event photo session that comes with every event package.
• Cover weddings and quinceañeras from getting ready to the last dance, through 8 to 12 continuous hours.
• Work beside the team's videographer, planning angles and timing together.
• Guide family and group photos calmly, in Spanish, English or both.
• Edit your events with the studio's style guide, so every gallery looks like IAZ.

What IAZ Photo Studio looks for in an event photographer

• A portfolio with at least one complete event, not just single images.
• Confidence in difficult light: reception halls, churches and parties that run into the night.
• A calm, kind way with families, honorees and large groups.
• Bilingual in Spanish and English preferred.
• Availability on weekends and evenings.

How the IAZ Photo Studio team works together

Cristobal Varela, co-founder and Director of Photography, sets the studio's photography and editing style and trains every photographer in it. He reviews every gallery before it reaches a family, so each event keeps the same look from start to finish. When this role opens, its page will list the work type, pay, gear, start date and closing date.
